ORGANIC PRODUCTION

We are proud to produce
organic wines.

We take care of the grapes and the vineyards with utmost attentiveness, especially in the way they are processed.
Production takes place without the aid of synthetic chemicals during cultivation. The use of sulphites is far below the threshold defined in the ORGANIC certification requirements.

We rigorously harvest by hand, with the help of small boxes.

The grapes harvested in the vineyards, being very close to the cellar, are continuously transported and processed in no time in order to prevent oxidative and prefermentation processes.

We leverage the concept of circular economy, do not waste any excess by-products, and sustainably use
what remains of the production phases. Pomace and lees become by-products to be used in other production cycles of wine and distillates.

Protection and preservation of the environment

We respect the environment as much as possible; to this end, the concrete actions we have undertaken to move in this direction include the installation of solar panels and of a rainwater recovery system, which enable us to irrigate our vineyards with excellent calcium- and chlorine-free water.
